JL Optical recently celebrated it’s 14th year anniversary in the microscope business.  Recognized as a service leader in the industry, JL Optical performs complete preventive maintenance and repair services on microscopes of all kinds, comparators, phoroptors, slit lamps, microtomes, and cryostats.  No job is too large or too small for our company.  We service equipment in all areas:  industries, universities, hospitals, laboratories, clinics, veterinary hospitals, and individual equipment. George Walker, President of JL Optical, with 28 years experience in the optical instrument business, started JL Optical with the goal to keep existing equipment working through exceptional maintenance. 

Although JL Optical was founded solely as a service company, our successful service growth has afforded the opportunity to offer a full line of DFV surgical microscopes, colposcopes, and slit lamps.  We represent a number of manufacturers for accessories, replacement items, video, digital equipment, and documentation for surgical and laboratory scopes.
