Standard or specially tailored service plans are available to suit our customer’s needs.  Service rates are based on the type of equipment, quantity and the accessories you have.

Plan A

One time Preventive Maintenance which includes among other functions, inspection of entire instrument, cleaning of all exposed areas, cleaning of lenses, prisms, filters, mirrors, minor repairs, adjustment of scope and lamps, and ‘in service’ time with users, if requested.  When we’re finished the equipment will look new, inside and out.  Parts not included and only with customer approval.

Plan B

Complete Preventive Maintenance as described in Plan A, plus: Complete maintenance for 1 full year, to include interim adjustments and cleaning as needed, and repairs to entire instrument itself.  Includes interim adjustments and minor repairs of cameras and accessories.  Priority service.  Parts are at additional cost and only with customer approval.  A free initial inspection of equipment is required for Plan B.  If required and approved, equipment would be brought to original specifications using Plan A.

JL Optical offers full coverage plans for large organizations.  We keep a database for our customers with an inventory of equipment showing location, accessories and history.  Call for details.  Our experienced service personnel will work with you to meet your needs.
