We do not sell microscopes through an online shopping cart because we're not a box warehouse. Most of our microscopes are in stock, but every application is different. Our customized quotes help ensure you receive the right microscope, accessories, and configuration for your specific needs from the start. We specialize in helping customers select the right microscope and accessories for their application. We don't want you to purchase equipment only to discover it lacks the features, capabilities, or options you need. It doesn't cost any more to speak with us directly, and our team will help ensure you get the equipment that's right for you.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and procurement cards, as well as other standard forms of payment. Please contact us if you have questions about payment options.

We would be happy to review any written quote and see if we can match or beat it. Because we work directly with many manufacturers, we can often provide pricing that is difficult to match.

Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped the same business day if received before our shipping carrier's daily pickup. Delivery times for in-stock items typically range from one to several business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Expedited shipping is available. Unfortunately, we cannot control manufacturer lead times. If your order is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. We do not charge you until your order is shipped, except in rare cases of special orders and customized manufactured equipment.

Our main office is located in Central Florida, but we provide service nationwide. We've got you covered no matter where you are. We also provide service and sales throughout the Caribbean. Our nationwide and Caribbean service coverage developed through long-standing contractual relationships with customers who operate multiple locations across the United States and the Caribbean.

For routine maintenance, service is generally scheduled within the same week. If you have an emergency, we can typically respond the same day or by the next business day. We maintain an extensive database of our customers and their equipment, so if you tell us how often you would like your equipment serviced, we'll keep track of your maintenance schedule and remind you when service is due.

Our preventive maintenance prices include thorough cleaning and minor repairs. See our service page for the specifics. We charge service based on the type of microscope you have, how many microscopes you have, how often they are serviced, and other variables. We don't charge the same price for a simple standard microscope without any attachments as we do for a large microscope with lots of bells and whistles. That wouldn't be fair to you and we wouldn't be in business very long either. We take pride in exceptional service - our technicians know what they're doing. We can provide a quote prior to service.

In most cases, we can accept returns for items that are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of receipt. There may be a re-stocking fee. No merchandise can be returned without approval and a Return Authorization, so please call us if you need to return an item. We rarely find returns are necessary because we discuss your needs prior to your order.
